Anthony’s Estate Services say’s both. Clean outs are usually just that: come in and totally clean out the house. But there are instances when my team can salvage enough sellable items to hold a profitable sale for the family.
This home (picture below of one of the rooms inside) was considered a total loss to the family responsible for settling the estate. They originally contacted us for clean out services only. However, my team was able to clean out the house and hold a successful estate sale. The family was happy to receive the extra money from Anthony’s Estate Services to pay for the necessary home improvements to get the house ready for the real estate market!
