What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale is the liquidation of items inside a home. This consists of everything from laundry detergent to extremely high-end antiques, art, and more.

How much does it cost for a consultation?

Absolutely nothing! We offer a free consultation anywhere in the Metro Detroit area.

When to have an estate sale?

An estate sale should be considered anytime you’re moving, relocating, downsizing, transitioning to assisted living, experiencing a loss in the family, or if you just need to sell your stuff and start fresh. Estate sales happen all year long, so when you’re ready we’re ready.

What happens to estate sale leftovers?

Obviously, the goal is to sell everything but if it doesn’t, we happily donate to local charities and other organizations in the community.

Do you offer us a list of items sold?

Yes, we provide our clients with an itemized list of items sold at the end of each sale.

Does your company have a store?

No, we sell our clients belongings at their house. Items that do not sell go to a local charity or back to you and your family.

What is a clean out?

Clean outs are when a home or business needs its contents sorted and removed. Clean outs can be a simple attic project or an extreme hoarding situation.
