Anthony’s team has the experience, knowledge, and resources to conduct your sale in the most profitable way. We have a network of experts with over 50 years of experience in the study of art and antiques. Our #1 goal is to make our clients the most money for their belongings while leaving them stress-free with a clean home after the sale.

Our estate sale process begins with creating a buzz on social media and through online marketing.

Our team will:

  • Clean, organize, and stage the home
  • Add professional tables and shelving to showcase items
  • Research, appraise, and price items at the current fair market value
  • Advertise on social media, websites, and local newsprint
  • Email marketing campaigns to create excitement about the sale

Our team preps and stages every home prior to each estate sale. We continuously restage during the entire sale for a unique and organized shopping experience.

We will:

  • Provide directional signs throughout the neighborhood to maximize traffic flow to the sale
  • Assist customers with questions or décor ideas
  • Clean and rearrange items throughout the sale
  • Assist with removal of larger items purchased

Our goal in each estate sale is to showcase each clients’ home properly as well as provide our customers with a stress-free experience.

At the end Of the estate sale process

Our team will:

  • Box up and donate remaining items (tax receipts provided)
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas, wipe down cupboards and countertops, high/low dust, broom sweep all wooden floors, including basement and garage
  • Provide an itemized list of items sold
  • Deliver the client a payout of sales and a clean house within a week
